KFC offers a clean environment, friendly staff, and good service. The food is quick, hot, well-seasoned, and affordable. The restaurant was clean, and the soda fountain was well-maintained. While there were some complaints about the number of staff working, overall, customers had a positive experience. Some even enjoyed the celebratory atmosphere in the restaurant. The only request was to bring back the beyond chicken option.
