i try to be kind to people in food service but i went in to this taco bell with my friend today to get just a drink... they don't have anyone taking orders apparently so I ordered through the kiosk and paid. it told me to wait for them to call it out, which seemed strange for a drink, but we waited about 7 minutes

Good service, delicious food
Food good, but attendants & day manager do not exhibit customer courtesy. I placed my dine in order via Kiosk & I waited for my order. After other orders filled, I approached counter to find out that my order was “not in the system”, per the attendant. After much back & forth, manager appeared and insisted my order was not in system. Luckily, the first attendant looked at the take out orders station and found my order. This Taco Bell location consistently serves hot and delicious food, with orders usually accurate when picked up in-store. The dining room is relatively clean. While mistakes can happen, service is usually quick. There were only 2 people working so there was a wait, but the food was good. You can get options with no meat like the potato soft taco. The manager was rude but the other people were nice.
