When you know that people come to get booba...should you expect to have extra especially on weekend. What a bummer...no pearl tapioca/ boba at 830 pm.

unfortunately for my first time at kung fu tea, my experience was ok. my drink was good, but the boba pearls were so hard. i work at a boba shop and tried many boba shops so i know it’s supposed to be a chewy and bouncy. however, it tasted like the boba was almost out from the container. so, i asked if i can get a different topping which was 25¢ more, because i didn’t want to asked if they could switch the container or if their boba was normally like that. i was charged the extra quarter which i didn’t mind. i was just taken aback, because that was the first time i got charged for asking for adjustments on a drink. it just seems like their focus is on profit rather than customer service. to be honest, i would not go back to this franchise or location.

I’ve been to many Kung Fu Tea’s but this is one of the most best tasting shop out of all of them. The workers today are really cooperative and nice. The drinks are served very quickly and taste very good. Most importantly their bathrooms are extraordinarily clean.

I went to this location today it was my second time here since I came to Texas a month ago. The two girls working there were very friendly and helpful. They recommend a honey oolong milk tea with boba. DELICIOUS! Their cheerfulness was nice to see. Compared to yesterday morning, the workers today are more respectful. Definitely going to come again…

Ordered two cacao cream wow all we got is milk with boba, ordered with milk cap, they only pulled milk in at first and ask if they put milk cap they open it back and put milk cap, but drink is all milk and boba, last two time were good this time was not, boy cashier didn’t pay attention to order need to repeat myself 3 time because he has his EarPod on
Great place to hang out with friends! Drinks are good, especially dirty boba and thai tea. They also have fun games to play to pass the time!

I stumbled upon this location while waiting on my food to be ready at another local restaurant. I love how close this location is to other restaurants. I personally had the rosehip lemonade with boba. It was very refreshing for a hot day in Houston. It is tart, which I prefer. The staff was also very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I would recommend this place for a refreshing drink.
Ordered ahead on the app and waited 10 minutes before going in and two girls who were working there didnt even realize an order came in (nobody was there so it wasnt busy at all). They were chit chatting and laughing, then they rushed to make the drinks when I asked. So they rushed and did a horrible job because I was the only person who ordered and it was like 20 minutes ahead and they hadn’t even started because they were joking around and those drinks were horrible. (Matcha and the Taro slush)
