“first time going there. Great experience and great customer service. The cashier was so helpful and nice if i could out more stare there i would and the place was clean and beautiful. i got a strawberry cupcake and the birthday suprised and those two are literally my favorites AND THE CHEESCAKE.“
“My wife is from Peru, and we both agree this is the best desserts we have had in Houston, better than expensive restaurants by far. Honestly, going forward we will be disappointed at other places. This was the best Tres Leches I have had since our wedding 17 years ago, and this may be the equal of that cake. Pure magic happens here. And a great atmosphere.“
“this is one of my favorite sweet places in the world. I really enjoy their macaroons and also they have a lot of different sweet options. I have tried some of their cakes before and I’m sure they have drinks as well, but it is kind of expensive, which gets a little frustrating.I would say that I would come here a lot more of the prices were less, but it definitely feels like special occasion kind of treats. And also the people that can afford it probably live near here in Katy so it must be a good location. If you have not tried this place before I definitely recommend you to try it. And if you’re looking for something sweet after a date or a night out with a family, this is it.Parking: limited number of spots in the front, im not sure if there is a back but theres a lot of good places in this strip center alone so sometimes it gets really busy and may get hard to find parking“
“We recently booked a private chocolate making class in celebration of our friends' sweet 16th wedding anniversary. From the moment we stepped into Araya Artisan Chocolates, it was clear that we were in for a truly special experience. Rocco and Giusse, the passionate owners of Araya, welcomed us with warmth and enthusiasm, inviting us to partake in a private chocolate making class unlike any other. Their love for their craft infused into every delicate truffle and decadent bonbon we had the pleasure of tasting. Throughout the class, Rocco and Giusse generously shared the rich history of Araya, painting a vivid picture of their journey and the artistry behind their creations. From the origins of chocolate to the meticulous process of crafting each masterpiece, we were captivated by their knowledge and dedication. But it was not just the knowledge and skill that made this experience unforgettable; it was the genuine care and passion that Rocco and Giusse poured into every moment. Their love for chocolate transcended mere ingredients, transforming each bite into a symphony of flavor and emotion. The chocolates we tasted were nothing short of divine, each one a testament to the artistry and dedication of its creators. From velvety truffles to intricately designed bonbons, every creation was a masterpiece in its own right, reflecting the care and attention to detail that went into its making. But beyond the delectable treats, it was the memories we made together that truly made this experience unforgettable. Laughing and learning alongside dear friends, we discovered the true magic of Araya's chocolates - not just as a confection, but as a catalyst for joy, connection, and celebration. This was more than just a chocolate making class; it was a celebration of love, friendship, and the sweetest moments life has to offer. Thank you, Rocco and Giusse, for an experience we will cherish forever.“
“Mung bean, half sugar, easy ice, with honey boba was really good! I wish they could go below 50% sugar for those with less of a sweet tooth. I also wish that there’d be a honey-less boba option, aka just plain normal boba. (Vietnamese coffee was also good.) Staff are friendly and service is quick.“
“Love this adorable macaron shop. Ordered a couple dozen for a birthday and we had them customized to fit a cat theme…turned out so adorable. We got the cotton candy and raspberry flavors - both were hits. Not overly sweet, tasted fresh, and perfectly soft. ??“
