Ordered breakfast at 10:18 AM. Arrived at 10:32 AM to get my food. They causally say “yeah, we cancelled that. We stop serving breakfast at 10:30.” Bruh. That’s why I ordered it online… that’s why you make it before they get there?? They refused to refund me also. Tried to call for hours and no one answered. DISSAPOINTED!

Went thru the drive through and the gentleman sitting down at the window was great, he's service was impeccable, great energy, great vibes, fast and courteous... The whole team 3/29/24 evening shift rocked it out and a great team they are. Thank you mang. and staff but especially the service at the window. ?

We came here on Sunday morning. This is my favorite store until now. I would never come back here. Customer service is bad especially the manager (as she told me she was). I ordered 3 number 5 (I DID NOT say the MEAL) and 1 coke, she charged me $20.75 for 3 MEAL. I asked her I did not order 3 meals, I said 1 coke. She insisted that I was wrong. Normally at other Mc Donald store, they always confirm the order for customers. However she didn’t do it. The store wasn’t busy, just my family and another group so she definitely had time to confirm it for me instead of being rush like that. I don’t know how she can be the manager of this store. She was so rude even impolite. Finally a man came and helped me with my order but I heard her laugh inside. Such a bad attitude for customer service. She totally ruined my Sunday morning. I have to say this is the worst Mc Donald I have ever been. Never come back!

My family have just come today 03/17/2024 at 9:14AM and the Manager is so terrible, she is eating when service and she didn’t confirmed about my order, when I asked why she charged some part without my request and she said I wrote and can’t change receipt. lol this is the first case I have in my life :)))) cashier cannot change orders.Ok nextWhen I receive Order and she just gave a cup although 3 cup ( meals).I asked and she didn’t respond and she come inside and didn’t give me money back or any actions.SO SHE SO ugly and very impolite totally

The cashier was good but the manager is rude and they don’t help the cashier she is just talking down on him even when she sees the place is full of customers only one cashier doing

We had awesome customer service tonight with Zawadi and Aiden! They were super friendly and accommodating. This McDonald’s is always pretty solid but the night shift is fantastic, which can be pretty rare these days. We left with smiles on our faces :) great teamwork!
