It doesn't seem as if any McDonalds care about ratings or cleanliness. The more reporting, the less work is put into making it better. I have had regular customers as myself stop being regular customers for McDonald's because of dirty restaurants, rude employees

McDonald's drive-thru experience on 3/29/24 was impressive overall. The evening shift team was fantastic, with great energy and vibes. The cashier was good, but the manager was rude. Zawadi and Aiden provided awesome customer service, making the visit enjoyable. The night shift at this McDonald's is known for being fantastic and delivering great teamwork, with smiles all around. Recently, Ms. Sheryl's team helped make a customer's daughter's 5th party memorable with amazing service and fresh food. However, some reviews note a decline in overall quality and service compared to 20 years ago, with concerns about free refills and the charging for tap water. Despite these issues, the location still strives to create a positive experience for guests.
