Went thru the drive through and the gentleman sitting down at the window was great, he's service was impeccable, great energy, great vibes, fast and courteous... The whole team 3/29/24 evening shift rocked it out and a great team they are. Thank you mang. and staff but especially the service at the window. ?
We came here on Sunday morning. This is my favorite store until now. I would never come back here. Customer service is bad especially the manager (as she told me she was). I ordered 3 number 5 (I DID NOT say the MEAL) and 1 coke, she charged me $20.75 for 3 MEAL. I asked her I did not order 3 meals, I said 1 coke. She insisted that I was wrong. Ordered breakfast at 10:18 AM. Arrived at 10:32 AM to get my food. They causally say “yeah, we cancelled that. We stop serving breakfast at 10:30.” Bruh. That’s why I ordered it online… that’s why you make it before they get there?? They refused to refund me also. Tried to call for hours and no one answered. DISSAPOINTED!
