Haven’t had froyo in several years so maybe this is what people have come to expect. Came in at 7:30pm on a Saturday. Only 9 flavors on. Tried 6, one was a watery sludge. Tried to add caramel and it was very dark brown with lots of chunks. Did not taste like caramel. Toppings were fine.

They are ALWAYS out of at least 2-3 flavors every time I come here so you only have a limited amount of choices. The worst thing is the worker is just sitting on his phone scrolling at the register. This has happened the last 3 times I have come here all three times employees on their phones hanging out. .

We arrived at 8:40 on a Friday night and they have already close! Even though the website and the door said open till 9 pm! We asked the two girls inside but they refused service! The machines were already off! And we weren’t the only ones another family arrived too!
You should change your timings - how can your tell a customer that the store is closed when the timings are 9 pm and we arrived at 8:45 pm???

A ROACH !!! I walked into the store and no one came out. Made frozen yogurt for my 2 kids and waited at the register after repeatedly saying “hello” to get someone to come from the back. Someone finally came so I could weigh there’s. I went to make mine and as I pressed the vanilla A ROACH FELLL INTO MY CUP !!! I immediately showed the worker and left. Never again. Unfortunately I did not take a picture but trust me that was so nasty I didnt even stop to take one.
