The place was cool. The guy who helped us was cool and friendly. When he was presented with our corporate gift card, he quickly got the manager on the phone who we spoke directly with, and she was nice and personable and was able to successfully assist him with getting it applied. We brought a group of students here from our non-profit student enrichment program, and they enjoyed it. All of them were first timers to Menchies and said they would be coming back. We were glad to see they had non dairy options for our students and participants who have allergies to dairy.Vegetarian options: They had non dairy options availableKid-friendliness: Our students enjoyed it

Vegetarian options: All the main food like frozen yogurt is veg.Kid-friendliness: A lot of amazing flavors for them.
I tried the strawberry lemonade sorbet mixed together, it tasted good. I also tried the chocolate covered strawberries, which were decent. Wish you could get more in a cup at a lower weight but overall it was a nice experience.

The place is very dirty. Full of dust and service sucked, but they do expect you to tip them. I assume it’s a minimum wage job with minimum effort and costumer service skills.

Menchies is a family favorite! Their toppings bar is always superb! We are a fan of the plain yogurt- tart and the pineapple sorbet. You really don't need customer service here as you serve your own ice-cream to your liking . I do think this location needs a refreshing. It's starting to look "worn down "

i love frozen yogurt but this location is so dirty. the restrooms are disgusting and the toppings bar and the yogurt machines are just dirty. staff seem annoyed to be asked questions and just overall not a pleasant visit. ill drive 30 min to pinkberry for great frozen yogurt i guess....

Mid fro-yo place, lowkey dusty. W fro-yo, I was contempt although maybe some new flavors would be nice. W toppings. W hand sanitizer. W seating, both inside and outdoors.
When did they start adding mandatory tips to all purchases. I had a ten percent tip added with out asking me.. the only reason I noticed was I asked for a receipt. And it showed a tip added. For what the worker there only takes payments. It's all self serve .

The closed sign was still up an hour after it said it was open. One employee had there feet kicked up on the tables and loud rap music with curse words was blaring over the speaker. The place hadn’t been cleaned, not one counter wiped down. The guy behind the counter was rude and argumentative with my wife about the number we gave her for the rewards. Not coming back here ever

I haven't ate there in years and just a few days ago I tried it again. It's not bad but it's not good. They used to have better flavors (idk if depends on the location). Also the toppings are good, I especially love the mochi ?. A little over priced but its a not so often treat, at least for me.
