Menchies is a family favorite! Their toppings bar is always superb! We are a fan of the plain yogurt- tart and the pineapple sorbet. You really don't need customer service here as you serve your own ice-cream to your liking . I do think this location needs a refreshing. It's starting to look "worn down "
I haven't ate there in years and just a few days ago I tried it again. It's not bad but it's not good. They used to have better flavors (idk if depends on the location). Also the toppings are good, I especially love the mochi ?. A little over priced but its a not so often treat, at least for me.

I tried the strawberry lemonade sorbet mixed together, it tasted good. I also tried the chocolate covered strawberries, which were decent. Wish you could get more in a cup at a lower weight but overall it was a nice experience.
