I met the founder back when he delivered plated meals by hand. He built this company from scratch: excellent healthy menu options (I purchase low fat), great prices, taste. What makes MFF the best alternative to cooking are the knowledgeable staff who can answer questions about any item and the meals itself.
Amazing food and service!
Absolutely a game changer ! Love all the choices , the customer service and food is fabulous!! They recommended the salmon meals and I will say it is to die for good !!! I used to meal prep all my food and found myself putting sauces all over and it was still not as good as these . I also will say I have another meal prep company 5min from my house but I drive the 45min to this location because customer service and food is just to good .

MyFitFoods is a restaurant known for its high-quality meals and excellent service. Customers often highlight the welcoming and friendly staff, who provide attentive and polite service that many compare to a “5-star” experience. Visitors appreciate the helpfulness of the team, with some mentioning staff members going above and beyond to assist, including helping to carry meals to the car. The overall atmosphere is warm and inviting, reminiscent of service standards from places like Dubai, which leaves guests feeling valued and cared for.
The menu offers a variety of meals, with some favorites like fried rice, though some reviews mention that certain foods could benefit from less salt and more spice options. Prices are considered somewhat high, especially for those purchasing multiple meals regularly, which can make the cost add up quickly. Despite this, many find the quality of the food well worth the expense.
Customers also note the convenience of trying different options to reduce cooking time and enjoy healthier meals. The food and macros are praised for their quality, helping people achieve their health goals while enjoying tasty meals. Some visitors suggest that a slight reduction in staff hovering and giving customers more space to browse and decide would improve the experience further.
Overall, MyFitFoods is valued for its great food, exceptional service, and commitment to customer satisfaction. With minor improvements in pricing and service balance, it has the potential to become a top choice for healthy, convenient meals.
