Not a sanitary place!!!Went to Panera Saturday morning around 9am. Ordered Asiago Bagel. A young man w blue jean too big for his waist was the cashier. He put on plastic gloves to toast the bagel. Then he used the same glove to pull his jean that was about to fall off his rear. Afterwards he picked up the toasted bagel without changing the plastic glove.I was pretty grossed out! This location has not trained the employee well to handle food!!!

I am basing my stars on the food. This is my first time coming to Panera bread and I must say I was very disappointed. By the time I got to work, my chai latte curded up. Not sure why, and it tasted like dish soap. I literally work 3 minutes. The Mac and cheese was delicious, but I got maybe 4 spoonfuls for almost $6. The sandwich, the turkey and cheese, was ehhh, alright, but not at all delicious and was very thin and not fulfilling at all. I haven't even tried the Caesar salad yet cause I was really disappointed in everything else, but to spend $31+ on food and a drink to be just ehhh was enough to say, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!" There was too much playing going around behind the kitchen while we were waiting kn our food. The young lady that took the order was very sweet. The young man passing the food to us was very personable and friendly. The guy cleaning the dishes was continously sniffling and wiping his nose and touching the microwave by the drink station, never washed his hands. I would like a refund for the chai latte that I did not even get to drink because of the curding and taste though. Just digusted by it. I will stick to Jason's Deli and Arby's! Their turkey sandwich is not only cheaper, but wayyyy bigger, and more fulfilling ANNNNND TOASTED!

1. The employee who took our order seemed pretty irritable and discontent. The second employee I can in contact with was when I returned for a spoon. He looked over and nodded his head, also seemingly irritated about being there.2. It isn't specific to this location, but I am stunned that Panera has discontinued their souflees?? That's the reason I go!3. I do like the fresh coffee, but not enough to return with poor service though.

The WORST service ever. I drove 20Minutes to come here and the cashier was terrible. Horrible attitude. Ma’am. If you hate your job, just quit it. I had to change 2 times my bread becase it came wrong, and also, the maintenance guy… it was like talking to a wall. Recommendation: Never NEVER come to this place
