1. The employee who took our order seemed pretty irritable and discontent. The second employee I can in contact with was when I returned for a spoon. He looked over and nodded his head, also seemingly irritated about being there.2. It isn't specific to this location, but I am stunned that Panera has discontinued their souflees?? That's the reason I go!3. I do like the fresh coffee, but not enough to return with poor service though.
I can't believe this location is just going downhill. Every other location Ive been to has the best food portion. Dont give me wrong, at times this place is awesome, thats why I always eat here.

I am basing my stars on the food. This is my first time coming to Panera bread and I must say I was very disappointed. By the time I got to work, my chai latte curded up. Not sure why, and it tasted like dish soap. I literally work 3 minutes. The Mac and cheese was delicious, but I got maybe 4 spoonfuls for almost $6. The sandwich, the turkey and cheese, was ehhh, alright, but not at all delicious and was very thin and not fulfilling at all. I haven't even tried the Caesar...read full review
