I ordered some lettuce wraps and shrimp fried rice on the website. I scheduled to pick up in 30 minutes. Oddly the app did not alert me they were closing in 15 minutes. When I was on the way I looked at the closing time and they had already closed. I panicked since I had paid and was hungry. I called and a real person answered. WOW! I told the employee (I did not get his name) the situation and he told me no problem they are still working and I can pick up my food. I got there...

The service is friendly and fast. Jose and Misha have helped me on several occasions during lunch. I tried the Fire Cracker Chicken which is crunchy on the outside with a tinge of sweet and spicy. The rice was perfectly cooked and two chicken egg rolls were warm and toasty on the outside —overall I’ve had great lunch experience every time I visit!

I can't comment much on the atmosphere as I had an order for pickup, but the service was exceptional. I ran into a problem ordering online, so I called in.
