“This place has the best beef/chicken kobeideh …very authentic melts in your mouth ….I have tried many places and finally found the best kobeideh in town ! Grilled tomatoes, paneer cheese with other vegetables so goooood MashAllah Also rice is so good yellow and white put a little butter on top got it to go and they pack it so good that when u come home steam comes out when u open it. Ps also best place for hand cut Tahir chicken only. Meat all Zabihah halal MashAllah“

“Where do I begin... well, in the mid 90's I lived in Houston and loved it! I happened upon Garson restaurant and was amazed by the atmosphere, and the cuisine is unbelievably delicious. It was (and still is) one of my top restaurants in Houston! The service is spot on with just the right amount of attention and always cordial and polite. The feta, basil, and bread are delectable. EVERYTHING I have ever ordered, I have LOVED. I return to Houston once or twice a year, and I have always dined at Garson, and I always will. Well done, Garson restaurant! You have won this Dallas guy as a lifetime customer! Update: December 2023 Every chance I get, I visit my favorite restaurant people, food and atmosphere. Our wait staff was on point, and the food was as scrumptious as I was anticipating the whole day. “I tried New Saffron Kabob House with a recommendation from a friend. I ordered their chapli kabob. I instantly loved it. I am safe to say that it’s one of the best Afghan food in Houston! It is located in the Guatemalan town of Hillcraft. Do check it out if you want to try one of the most underrated cuisines. “afghan cuisine”“

“We love Bijan! We always come here when we are in town! The chicken and beef are both so tender and the saffron rice is delicious. Let’s not forget about how smooth their hummus is - it’s a top 3 hummus for me! And, for dessert we tried their saffron and pistachio ice cream tonight for the first time. It’s not overly sweet and the crunch from the pistachios adds great texture!“
