I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, but this experience leaves me no choice. We hosted a private event at this restaurant, and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish.
First, the service was extremely poor. Despite it being a pre-arranged private party, we waited over an hour for our food, and several guests never received their meals at all. The staff appeared overwhelmed and disorganized, and there was no sense of urgency or responsibility.
