The speed didn't impact the quality of the bowl either. Only thing is the meatballs were a bit odd. The lean brisket was great and the side additions fresh. Loved the broth flavor!

I went here since 2022, I very like their pho, but what I experienced is whenever I drink the soup I always felt very thirsty, I don’t know did they put too much msg or is too salty. However, they still have lots of fantastic food you should try! Especially the whole chicken rice, is not to dry and it’s crispy!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The middle-age female asian server we got has an attitude issue. Literally complaining in front of our face for a very basic request - water refill, which is beyond ridiculous. Never come here again.

I've been a regular at Pho Ben's both Sugar Land locations for the past 11 years, but my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing. While the Westcott locations are nicely decorated, the food quality and portion sizes have significantly declined. The dishes are now overly salty, with excessive MSG, and the portions have become noticeably smaller albeit prices have gone up drastically. Additionally, the service across both locations has deteriorated. Given these issues, I regret to say that I will no longer be dining here. It's a shame to see a once-reliable favorite fall so far short of expectations.

I’ve been going to pho Ben since I moved to Sugar land in 2018 and I’d say the overall experience has declined over the years. I understand inflation but should customers be punished because of that? It’s unbelievable of how little noodles you put in this large bun bo hue ( I swear I did not have a bite before I take this pic)! This is like a lunch portion. Their flavors are never outstanding anyway and they put so much msg in their food. Oh-service has always been bad at this location. I gave them the feedback about the portion and of course it’s not being acknowledged.
I won’t be coming back in a while.
