I’ve been a loyal customer for well over five years (maybe close to ten with how fast time flies) and the whole team at Pizza Hut never fails to be kind, patient and friendly. Their service is phenomenal, and I’m a particular fan of their convenient drive through window for carry-out. Every one of them has always called me “Miss [First name]” when I pull up and it warms my shy little Southern Heart every time.

I had a small issue with my order and I called to have it fixed I spoke with who I believe said there name was Jaime. She is the new GM, she got me right asap, was very nice and calm about the situation very understanding! Will come back thanks to her!
