Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The strip mall where this place is located is rather run down. On the one side is an abandoned Arby's location with its dilapidating building surrounded by overgrown grass. On the other, the abandoned drive-thru car washer is like a deserted amusement park ride. The restaurant building itself is in no better shape. This is the first impression.
The chicken pieces we got were fried unusually dark, and the coleslaw tasted weird with zero sweet taste. The restaurant has never been well-run since it opened 15+? years ago. What amazes me is that it has remained so for so long, never showing any sign of improvement.

Worst customer service. Waited 20 minutes to order nobody even showed up to counter.

Very poorly run. Waited very long time for a standard order. Order was not filled properly and then she gave attitude when called out. Chicken fried in old oil. Maybe done forever with Popeyes

Manager/ owner not sure but the bald guy likes talking too not with his employees making a girl cry. I'm all for tough love when it's called for but what I just witnessed wasn't. Do better and maybe you'll have employees that want to work for you

This place is trash and I see why it's not busy. One worker on A Saturday working the front, drive thru, cooking and it shows. They gave me small, hard, old dried up chicken that looked like it had been sitting there all day. It wasn't edible. Avoid this location!

Worst service ever. 45 minutes in the drive thru and I was the only one. The worker was so rude and when I asked for my drinks because they never gave them to me she rolled her eyes. While waiting on my drinks I checked my order and 3 of the meals were wrong. She blamed me for it and then walked off.

family combo of almost $30, always bought with you and the person who attended me today at 7:10pm served me a meal in the horrible combo paid for a basket of chips and this guy gave me only half, the horrible chicken
