Lots of angry customers because they refused to honor the T Mobile Tuesday promotion claiming they were out of bread. I asked if I could use the promotion to get just bacon for my daughter since she doesn't care about the bread anyway. The cashier then said that the store didn't want to honor the promotion at all, and said I could have the bacon for $3. I received these crumbs after being told I was purchasing 5 strips of bacon.
After, I went to the University location and they were able to serve me, so this location was being obtuse for no reason.

I’ve been coming to this Schlotzsky’s location for over 20 years, and it’s still my go-to for an incredible meal. Their fresh-baked sourdough is the star of the show. Baked daily, it boasts a crispy golden crust and a soft airy interior packed with tangy sourdough flavor. The iconic Original sandwich, loaded with premium meats, cheeses, and fresh veggies, is next-level thanks to this amazing bread. The texture and taste are unmatched. It’s no surprise they’ve been perfecting it since 1971. Their pizzas are also a great option, with that same stellar sourdough crust. Quick friendly service and a clean welcoming atmosphere keep me coming back. Don’t forget to grab a Cinnabon to go for a sweet treat. Sourdough fans, Schlotzsky’s is a must.
Turkey original sandwich seemed to miss some of the ingredients from the other stores

I would advise people to look at the amount of meat they are served before eating… I ate lunch here yesterday and only had TWO slices of meat on my sandwich. Don’t they have franchise guidelines they must adhere to so not to compromise the integrity of the brand???? Cheap move by the owners to cheat your customers.
