I’ve lived in Sugar Land for over 10 years and have been eating here for a long time, but I think today will be the last time. Apparently we’re not “select” enough to qualify for their BOGO promotion. My wife placed the order via app as required, and called the store when it still charged full price. They told her on the phone to tell them when we came to pick it up and they would fix it. So when I went in and explained the situation all the manager did was babble at me...read full review
They had gnats flying everywhere, we hardly were able to eat!
I couldn’t eat my broccoli cheese soup because it looked like gnats were in it!
Will try again but if that’s not controlled, I will not order before checking it out!
