Another horrible experience at this place. My family and I attended the Astros Hispanic Heritage Festival and were given some coupons for free donuts from the pop up Shipleys display at the ballpark. As soon as the lady at the drive through window saw the coupon in my wife’s hand she just turned and walked away as rudely as she could. Shipley Do-Nuts is a restaurant that offers donuts and kolaches. The staff is diverse, speaking both Spanish and English. The service is excellent and fast on every visit. The donuts are good, always fresh and tasty, but slightly more expensive. The kolaches are always on point, though the quality has declined with the bread sometimes being more overcooked. The pastries and coffee are very tasty. The kitchen is clean and in good order. It is a popular spot and the restaurant can get busy throughout the day.
