Asked for grande latte with plenty of room. Came back full. Returned to order taker. He did not remake it. Just threw away some and said now try it.
Purpose of plenty of room is to get strong coffee taste. Throwing away part of cup doesn’t make it strong.
Gave it back to him. Didn’t bother to remake it. Didn’t refund.
Nasty start to the day.
Thank you Starbucks, for leaving a bad taste in my mouth- literally and otherwise.
I went to get a cup of ice today and was told they don’t do that, by two individuals and I said okay bc they usually do. I had others let me know that they were able to get it without having to purchase an item. So I’m confused by this and a bit hurt that I had to spend extra when they could’ve charged me on the cup itself if it was a problem. Gonna give this place a low rating

I order a venti Pink drink with extra strawberry inclusion, like I always do, this location did such a bad job. It was so water down with no flavor and they really over did it with the ice it was ridiculous, if I knew they were going to give me a cup full of ice I would of asked for light ice and pay the extra. Only location to mess up on a pink drink out of all the other ones I visit.

Order was taken politely, the wait in the drive thru line gave me a chance to see the crumbs and debris beneath all the ovens. ? the two shaken expresses were only about 2/3 full.sad face

First time here in a long time and they charged me 20.10 for a tall pumpkin spice latte and a slice of pumpkin loaf….store 03446. Who does that??? Lesson learned, never tap to pay and always ask for a receipt….
Received a response regarding my visit to contact Starbucks corporate, upon reaching a representative I was told and I quote, “since you do not have a Starbucks account we can’t help you.” So let me get this straight, you ask me to call, I call only to be told you can’t and won’t help resolve the situation because I don’t have a Starbucks account??? Thank you for wasting my time….can’t make this stuff up, this just happened! Unreal!!!!
I ordered a dragon drink and received only coconut milk with two pieces of fruit. Terrible experience because the drinks are not cheap enough to only give you coconut milk

I visit this place four times a week and every time when the woman named VIDA serves me,,,((Well honestly don't know if that is her name but that's what it says on her apron)),,,Anyway every time when she is at the window she is very rude and screams too loud plus she never give me napkins or say thank you!!,,quite the opposite!!,,as soon as she give me my order she shouts next order ready lets go lets go next order!! literally she does it to on my face I understand the service has to be fast but its not necessary to have that heavy attitude.. Today for example approximately 9:20am there was a guy outside taking orders but without having an order tablet,,He was only taking the order talking through his head set,,Poor Guy because it was really hot outside and when i pull over to the Window Surprise!!...Same rude lady VIDA,,,To the Store Manager Pleaseee training her to have a Great Customer Service ASAP!!!

I've never once had a drink made well or correctly at this location. Every single time, they are wrong or terribly made. Today is the last time I'll be desperate enough to brave this location. Three out of the four drinks ordered were wrong and two so bad they were undrinkable. Those were even were ordered with extra pumps of a specific syrup, and they both had zero syrup in them. Not a hint of sweetness at all. No cold foam or toppings that were ordered. My son's creme drink didn't have any of what was paid to add. Drove all the way back to have them remade because what we were given was disgusting. STILL not right, STILL missing ingredients, STILL terrible. Now we are uncaffeinated, frustrated, and wasted $30. Don't waste your time here. Pass it up and I'm sure there will be another, better serviced location up head.

We go there all the time & today the girl who took our order was so rude. She had tall hair that was up with glasses. I tried calling to talk a manage but nobody would answer. She was impatient, I asked her to repeat the order to be sure they got it right. She said look at the screen, told her it wasn’t working. At the window was annoyed, got our order wrong or gave us the wrong one. Went & got the right one right away & was rude & had attitude. Next time I’m in there I’ll be sure to talk to the manager about it.

Just visited the drive thru. Manuela was my barista. Manuela gave not only exceptional customer service but was friendly and bubbly. She also asked how my family was doing from the recent storm. Manuela was exceptional!

what’s the point of the promotions if the drinks are only being half filled? most of the drink is foam…
This morning I heard the manager belittling an employee in front of everyone. This made me very uncomfortable and I could see that the employee was visibly upset. That employee did make my drink perfectly though.
