Don't bother. You order your stuff 15 minutes early and it still doesn't come out on time or if you purchase 2 items they don't come out together. Very frustrating.
Your new cashier has incomplete orders two days in a row. You need to train them.

I’ve had the same issue during my last two visits. Yesterday, the new employee forgot to give us the coffee we ordered, and only after we reminded her (“we also ordered this”) did she give it to us. Today, the same new employee forgot our coffee again, and we didn’t realize until after we had already left the line, so we had to go back to get it.
It’s frustrating to have our order forgotten two days in a row. I hope they can pay more attention moving forward.

No matter how many times I try to get a breakfast sandwich from there they microwave it for too long. Coffee is awesome muffins are awesome. Just my opinion of course but this franchise would thrive even better if they stop selling breakfast sandwiches, They come across completely fake anyhow especially after being nuked in the microwave.

Every time I ask for extra caramel I never get it. I just went and ask for extra and was charged but did not get the extra caramel.

It’s a Starbucks, I tend to order ahead, pop in and pick up my order and pop out immediately. So far, no issues with my orders.

I’ve been coming here often it’s close to where I live and convenient on the way to work.
Today I stopped by in the afternoon, and the guy taking my order was trying to get through the order so quick, he wasn’t listening to my questions. I asked what the smallest sized coffee they had, he added a pumpkin spice latte. I asked if they had any croissants, he told me pull up to the window. I was trying to use my cash alone. It came up to $7 and some change. I got the price for the croissant and thought that was just too much for a plain one and asked to exchange it. Both the order taker and I assume the supervisor or manager, (Asian looking guy) face was irritated. I went to pay the difference for the cheese danish, they said don’t worry about it. The supervisor or manager shoved the bag into my hand (this is the drive-thru) , closed the window as quick and didn’t bother to offer napkins either.
First of all Starbucks isn’t luxury, but their whole existence is they’re in the people business. Clearly the people working there didn’t get the memo.

I bought the cold brew sweet cream for the 2nd time because the first one I purchased( at a different location) got me through 4 hrs of homework and housework. The one I purchased at this location had me asleep in 15 mins. I could have had hot cocoa and would have gotten the same experience 😩. You people suck!!!!

More than half of my orders from this location are missing items. This is a frquent issue where I had to go pick up the missing items. Doordasher cannot verify because the bag is sealed. Starbucks needs to do better at ensuring all items are there prior to sealing the bags and add a visual indicator for doordasher to know multiple bags are associated with one order.

I was shocked to see about 6 Starbucks employees I guess not on the clock sitting at almost all the tables… meaning there were no tables for paying patrons. Kinda odd. Also the employees were arguing and joking and carrying on in the general area (not behind counter) and so loud that people were looking around at each other.
Read other reviews of this place- avoid.

Kyle at the drive through is really good and always remembers my order!
I understand it was Mother’s Day but no need to be rude all because I grabbed the wrong order by accident. The drink was snatched out my hand by an Asian guy and slammed on the counter. I get you’re busy but fix the attitude .

I placed a drive thru order on Red Cup Day. Although they were sold out, when I pulled up to the window, I saw a green cup that was reusable and asked about purchasing. She said if I wanted one, I had to go back around in the drive thru because they were busy. There was literally one car behind me and after pulling into a parking spot and waiting for a few minutes, no other cars came to order via the drive thru. I guess they aren't concerned about repeat business because I won't go back...too many other businesses to choose from that actually value their customers.
