So excited to have a dedicated gluten free bakery in Melissa! I am vegan and gluten free, which can make it nearly impossible to find sweet treats— especially in North Texas. I tried the vegan mini chocolate cupcakes, strawberry cupcake, sourdough baguette, butter cookies, and snickerdoodles— they were all INCREDIBLE! I shared it all with my boyfriend who is not vegan/gf, and he couldn’t even tell. Cintya is very creative and talented, I am so glad to have been introduced to her bakery. Gluten free and vegan means delicious at SLGF!!

I cannot thank Cintya enough for saving the day with such an amazing dairy free chocolate cake! Despite the short notice, she was able to accommodate my request and I am forever grateful. The cake was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious - the moistest chocolate cake I've ever had! I will definitely be ordering from SLGF again and recommending her bakery to everyone I know, whether they have dietary restrictions or not. The gluten free cupcakes are INCREDIBLE! Specifically the carrot and blueberry. I am blown away by the texture (the moisture and the bite!) and flavors in the spice brings me back to Fall time in New York. Hitting all the right notes! I am not gluten free but my good friend is and she was blown away by these cupcakes. I will be back for more & so will she!

The cake was absolutely delicious.

My son has EOE disease . I never could find a bakery that could work without Soy. Till I cross with this little bakery .

By accident, she made the cake with Soy . She noticed me ASAP she did the cake with Soy, and she addressed making some cupcakes for my son.

With my eyes closed, I will trust this bakery. I can't wait to try different flavors .
