I give Teriyaki Madness a 5 star!! Service was great, and the food is awesome!! None greasy food!!! The charbroiled chicken is wonderful!! So many level of spice to choose that the flavor combine a good taste!! I love it

Rice was way under cooked, veggies were raw... not sure I will visit again. We ordered the family pack, threw away about 1/3 of the food... just couldn't eat it

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Bugs found in food. How I found it is the lid wasn’t securely put in bowl and it was all dumped out in plastic bag.

First visit was ok at best food was reheated. Second visit the restaurant is filthy dirty and again…reheated food with dry hard noodles. Nasty food on the floor tables are filthy, drink area had flies.

Just a step above Panda Express…I can’t dine in here again. The place smelled awful. Not sure if they were having plumbing problems the day we went. Thank you to the owner for replying. I gave it an extra star since it’s unfortunate the smell is something out of their control and for the great customer service. Ordering to go is best option then :)

We've actually come a few times, but forgot to review. The food is seriously excellent, hot, fresh and generous portions. We always get the teriyaki chicken breast, spicy. Sometimes with veggies, which are super yummy and sometimes without. We tried an egg roll today and not disappointed, super crunchy and good filling. We joined their app early on and they honestly send some really good discounts and sometimes even a BOGO bowl. The service is also always on point, super kind and helpful.

Houston isn’t known for it’s Teriyaki, but madness has nailed it! Excellent food! Fresh bbq’ed meats on top notch fried rice/noodles with sautéed veggies! Wontons are fantastic as well. Please be aware, it takes time for your food to come out, its prepared FRESH, so please be patient and give kitchen crew time to prep your ultimate teriyaki bowl! You won’t be dissapoinged I promise!!!

I once went and enjoyed their food so much I told myself this would be on my list of top 10 places to grub for halal chicken. The noodles were lip smacking good. Chicken was well seasoned and well cooked. I went another time and the teriyaki chicken's texture was rubbery. The taste was off, I feel like they have oversalted their seasoning. I ended up being sick with some food poisoning next few days. I went a third time a few days ago to try the steak and immediately regretted it. The noodles, the meat, and the veggies seasoning was either too salty or too sweet. It didn't sit well with my stomach at all. Safe to say I have learned my lesson. I spoke with another friend about the food quality, and she agreed that it went downhill. The chicken's texture is odd and the sauce/ seasoning needs to be slightly toned down. Noodles need to be carefully cooked as well.

This place is fast and delicious. I love that they have ways to customize bowls - As a person who usually picks all the veg out anywhere else, having the option to pass on them entirely is great. I’ll be ordering from here far too often now.

I came here for my friends birthday. Not only was the food delicious but the host was super nice and accommodating and even played birthday songs for my friend. It truly made our day!!! Everyone needs to try this place for sure.

I ordered the power bowl (veggie only/ no rice) with teriyaki chicken and katsu chicken and a side of crab rangoon. The katsu chicken was overcooked, a bit burn. Hard and not crunchy at all. The crab rangoon was also over cooked, not burned, but not crunchy either. The teriyaki chicken was ok. Maybe that's a safer bet; however, I don't think I'll be back. Oh and not sure if it's just me, but I also thought that the cabbage in the veggies were also a bit undercooked, but that might be a preference? 2 stars because food wasn't entirely bad and the customer service was actually good. I just wish I had inspected the food before bring it home.
