Bad customer service!!!
It’s funny reading this reviews. Everything is good, the food and the customer service is the best, this place has mostly teens working and im amaze in how well they comunicate with the customers. 5 stars for me.
First of all why would you try to hand anyone an icee with sticky syrup running down it? And then get an attitude when we hand it back because it’s dripping everywhere? No wonder this place has nothing but negative reviews
I love their soft large pretzels!
keep in mind I’m in the customer service business so I have a lot of patience & remained respectful, but the guy who gave me my pretzel was eztremeeeely rude. He rolled his eyes when I asked for a pretzel and dropped it in my hands in the midst of me saying “thank you”. Was also rude to the young kids behind me. Employees like this make ur company look bad. The girl who checked us out was really nice though.

If had an option would have given zero stars. We asked for a jalapeí±o pretzel and the manager who works there said she didn't have none and wouldn't make one as it was only one hour left to close. So we took the regular pretzel and while passing by after eating we saw that she had some newly made and put up.
