This place looked cute, had a nice and relaxing environment as well as great prices (we got wayyy more food than we ought to have). My fiancé and I sat out on the patio and enjoyed our meal and peaceful conversation. I definitely recommend visiting if you want somewhere to unwind at.
Customer service was good and the food was fresh. The onion rings were a $5 upgrade to the seafood platter, fine, but they were flavorless and the onions were crunchy while the batter was soft. Idk what type of fish they sold me but it was NOT catfish as advertised. I do not care what it says on the box the supplier sold them. This fish was flexible and you could bend it without it breaking or falling apart. Catfish is a flaky, fatty fish, this gave the texture of swai, nonetheless...
This was my first but definitely not last time visiting Willie’s. I was served by a young man named Julian C. His service was excellent and there was never a dull moment. He definitely made the night great and because of his mannerism I will be visit again very soon.
