Pro tip: order the Flintstones ph with a massive short rib bone (aka #4 Yummy Pho) Super tasty and tender short rib! This may be enough to share by 2 people ;-)Everything seems like Texas size, from their Thai coffee,banh-mi sandwich to Pho's, so full f flavor and cooked to perfection.Over all the place is amazingly modern, clean and super friendly owner.
Bahn Mi sandwich was excellent. Fresh ingredients, ample amounts of meat and veggies. Pho broth was a little too rich for me but all in all tasted very good. A few more morsels of meat would have made the bowl even better.
I like this place. The host is always so welcoming and makes me smile whenever I walk in. I'm a s***** for a good rice plate and the chargrilled lemon grass pork with rice does the job. Come for great food and great staff.
