Imagine berating an employee who's just doing their job... over a coffee. The employee stayed professional, but the customer's behavior was completely uncalled for and embarrassing to witness.

I was super surprised because most fast food places give you stale fries after the lunch hour rush. Reminded me of when my parents use to take me to stars as a kid. They even gave me a free cap. Me and my crew came in at about 1030 or no nine 3030 minutes until closing closing and he provided stellar service and really just made me feel so good and loved at Chick Fil A.
