GOT THE TYPICAL RESPONSE!! NO REAL PERSON CARES. I bought my husband a gift card for his birthday in March. He used it once and had a balance of $7. Tried to use it again and was told they no longer take gift cards. They still sell them though. SCAM!! Continually get overcharged on specials. If that wasn’t bad enough we did not get all of the order. Called and talked to Courtney (manager) and she couldn’t explain the receipt either. We’ve gone there a bunch but won’t be back. Third strike, we’re out.

Nicest guys at this Arby's! They were quick, the food was piping hot and fresh, and they were even nice to my dogs and guinea pig riding with me. It's rare to find outstanding customer service these days but the two gentlemen working there today were awesome, truly appreciated their kindness!

The radio is at full volume, ads playing simultaneously at full volume over the soda machine, and employees taking training on pads at full volume.The food was pretty blah, except for tastey curly fries. Those were good.All of us ended up sick about an hour later.

I ordered the 4 because the brisket looks very good in the photo but they gave it to me with 3 miserable pieces that were barely visible due to the excess of barbecue sauce and the very dry and hard potatoes
