In looking at the reviews that were negative I have noticed that she usually turns it around and blames the customer. This was the case for me also. I had ordered a cake and it was absolutely the worst ever. It was dry and almost tasted like cornbread. I would not recommend them at all.

I have read some of the reviews and noticed where they give her a bad review she always makes it out to be the purchasers fault instead of her. I bought a cake from here and it was absolutely the worst I have ever purchased. It was hard and tasted a little like cornbread instead of cake. I messaged Laura and she told me it was user error. I would strongly recommend staying away from this bakery.

Charging at the local Supercharger, walked there at 0907. Door locked. Checked the hours on Google, their website, and the sign on the door—all say it’s supposed to be open.Edit: just saw that they commented. “Takes a min to get things set up”—sure! Got that, most companies do that before opening. But if it’s open at 9, you open the doors and then inform the patrons to wait a sec while you finish up cuz we usually understand that things happen if it’s running a few minutes late.

Seriously phenomenal.I do not ever write reviews, because I’m a mom with 3 kids, a full time job and a crazy busy life. ?But I had to stop and give this business a review to let people know about them.I had a very last minute request because I tend to procrastinate way too often. Thinking that no one would be able to fulfill it I still reached out with hopes. They immediately responded and started baking right away! I never expected this. They have a family and children of their own but they wanted to make sure my little girls birthday party was perfect! They seriously even went out of their way, from the kindness of their heart, to deliver it to me in Sulphur Springs. Now, I have more options than most in the area because I am not local. I live 1.5 hrs away in Longview with endless options. However, I’ll continue to come back and give them my repeat business. Customer service was exceptional and I 1000% recommend them. Make the drive even if you’re not local, they are worth it. Oh and the best part, it all tasted amazing!!! We bought cupcakes, cookies, and chocolate covered pretzels all with a mermaid theme and they turned out beautiful!! Honestly. There’s not one negative thing I can say about them. They’re very creative and skilled and you won’t regret using them.

Came here a few days ago since we were passing through town and was hungry so we stopped here. I was met with a very pleasant "Hello!". Honestly, I had a hard time choosing what I wanted and so did my kids. They wanted everything. I ended up getting a brownie (which was delicious) and my kids got some cookies (which didn't make it back to the car). Yea, they were that good. I plan to come back when we come back out that way. 10/10 recommend.

Best birthday ever thanks to Baked + Brewed Bakery and Coffeehouse !!! She went above and beyond making the girls dream cake! Not only was it beautiful and very accurate(according to the girls lol) it was very tasty! Definitely can take an idea and make it come true!

Woohoo!! Delicious deserts! On this trip we did not try the cakes or coffee. But we definitely love the cookies.The workers might have been the owners and they were super sweet and helpful. This looks like a great place to sip coffee, play chess or checkers, visit, or do homework. Please come and give this place a try. I know we will be back.

I got custom cookies made and they were absolutely delicious. The guests at the party raved about them and how beautiful they were. Laura was amazing to work with and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! When I went to pick up the cookies I got a coffee while they did finishing touches and it also was delicious I live about 2 hours from Baked + Brewed but I'll definitely be making more trips there in the future! Even just to hang out there for the afternoon. Highly recommend!!
This is the best place to go and eat a delicious baked item (I’ve had many and they never fail) and they also have gluten free, dairy free, Keto and sugar free options! It’s a bonus that their coffee is always delicious! I believe the barista and the lady who makes all the baked goods are the owners and they are very equipped and knowledgeable about this business, the coffee and their products and what would make things better. Personally I love that about a business always trying to improve. Hands down my favorite place to go and read a book or do some work while enjoying a fantastic baked good and coffee! As for the atmosphere it’s a total vibe!✨ Very relaxed, family friendly, clean and they are such nice people! They definitely deserve a 5 ? rating!

I absolutely love this place Laura is an extremely talented hardworking person. She welcomed us in the first time we went there she treated us like family. You can tell that this is her and her husband Alec’s passion and their dream. We love going there for coffee and a sweet treat. I have special ordered a few things from them and they were so delicious. I would highly recommend Baked plus Brewed to anyone if you have a special order or just pop in for a dessert and a coffee.
