I have a set sandwich order I get everywhere I go.
Double Burger plain no cheese.
It's not hard. Normally I insult the staff by checking to make sure it's right and 90% of the time they do it right. Here I was promised it would be, so I didn't check. 5 miles down the road and it was wrong.
5 miles isn't that far, but when you consider I just passed the last exit. So say 8 miles, go back 8 miles then get back to where I turned around. 24 miles at 7 mph round to 21 miles or 3 gals at $3.50/gal. So burn $10.50 because they screwed up my order that cost me about $11.
Cashier told the cook no cheese. I was in a good mood when I started my day. Now not so much. I have lost faith in restaurants ability to make my order correctly so that from here on our I'll have to hold their hand.

Tried to make a quick stop and they took 5 minutes to come to the speaker at the drive through. Then we pay and they have us pull up and they bring us the wrong food. I open the sandwich and see it's the wrong one and I'm pretty sure they still gave it to the person who ordered it even though we opened it and touched the sandwich. We wait 5 more minutes, then they came out and brought us more food that wasnt ours. Ended up going in to get our order. Was supposed to be a quick stop and was a 25 minute detour. The food was actually pretty good once we got it. The guac burger was good, but a little spicey. The fries were good. The cheesecake wasn't bad.

me and my dad were making a quick stop and decided to get carl’s jr. my dad is a truck driver and i’m his son who is just a ride-along. we go inside, i order a chicken tender meal and my dad (who is vegetarian) gets the diablo loaded fries. We get our order and go back to our truck and i get my chicken tenders, my drink, and my dads loaded fries. I don’t see the fries that are supposed to come with the chicken tender meal. So, i check the receipt and see that i did get a meal and it charged me for a meal and the loaded fries were not a sub for my fries. After this, i go inside and tell the kind cashier that I didn’t receive my fries that came with my combo. I also ordered another loaded fries bc my dad wanted some. i wait around and i get only the loaded fries. So i go back and ask for my fries. The cashier was very kind and was trying to give me the fries i payed for. as soon as she gets my fries, she gets stopped by another person who was calling out orders and assembling them. The person that stopped her and another worker started arguing with the cashier on why she’s giving me another cup of fries and proceeds to call me a lier and that she gave me fries in my order. i just get the loaded fries and called my dad. we end up leaving and i still don’t have fries. My dad works his butt off btw. it’s not easy driving a truck for days to weeks at times. i’m eating my tenders and they aren’t good either. my dads also complaining that the loaded fries were packed without care and were spilled all on the bag that we received them in and i didn’t do that either. my tenders’ skin is literally coming off. it isn’t hard to remember to give the fries and refuse to give them at A COMPLAINT.

The Double western bacon cheeseburger is just a child hood memory for me. It still tastes the same and I love it. The Santa Fe chicken sandwich with the roasted peppers is so good also. I don’t have a Carl’s Jr near by but I make an effort to find one when I travel somewhere. My wife got the chicken tenders and I tried them. Also really good.
Fries were a little salty. Burger was ice cold and cheese never melted, taste was ok. Staff was friendly and tables were clean.

Went there around 12:30pm. Maybe one car in drive thru, didn't look busy. Went inside, watched 3 cars go through drive thru without anyone even taking my order. So I left after waiting around 15 mins.I've gone through the drive thru in the past. It was slow then, but I just figured they were busy.I think they are either understaffed or undertrained. One lady was standing by the drive thru. One man was standing by the burger prep area. One man was making fries, he was the only one that looked busy and was the one that said it would be a bit before he would take my order.
