On September 14th at 2:45pm I went thru the drive thru and I was missing part of my meal. At first they got my order wrong which is totally understandable. Unfortunately I couldn’t eat it due to a gluten intolerance. I pulled back around and the young blonde girl was very accommodating… beyond my expectations! She made sure the cook fixed my order, cleaned his station and changed his gloves. It’s so hard to find an establishment who is so kind when it comes to such an annoying allergy. She deserves a raise!
I've stopped in at this Chick-fil-A three different times as a pit stop between DFW and Illinois. Always quick service, clean, and friendly. Ms Laura in particular is the best and most helpful customer service rep I've ever had in a fast food place.
