Young lady who was helping us was amazing. Very well aware of menu, and wait times. Food, service and atmosphere were all amazing. Restaurant was clean and very organized inside and out .
I ordered today and it made me so sad. I've always loved chicken express so I was looking forward to having it for lunch, but it seems like it's gone downhill pretty far. They used to have some of the best fries in town, but I guess they're cutting costs or something, because now they just have the big crinkle fries that no one likes (the soggy ones that taste like wet toilet paper). I love this place but have to be honest, most of the time when you get home your order is not right. Now, when that black lady works, she runs a tight ship, and the young ones listen!!! She teaches them how to treat their customers!! She is the best!!!!plus the price of chicken now that is crazy.
