I ordered today and it made me so sad. I've always loved chicken express so I was looking forward to having it for lunch, but it seems like it's gone downhill pretty far. I love this place but have to be honest, most of the time when you get home your order is not right. Now, when that black lady works, she runs a tight ship, and the young ones listen!!! She teaches them how to treat their customers!! She is the best!!!!plus the price of chicken now that is crazy.

It's hard to get fresh chicken strips here. Not sure why, but they are almost always stale. They do give good portions of fried okra though. There's one nice lady at the window, but most of the time they don't hear anything you say, unless it's the exact answer to their question. You can't give them your order.
