Went to the drive thru and order 2 large cherry limeade, at the window watch the girl go get a case of limes. She made three trips to get items to cut them. Then she started cutting the whole case, never looked our way. After a few minutes I left without my order. I have family members that work at other fast food places and know drive thru time is supposed to be quick. It shouldn't take over ten minutes to make 2 drinks. Their service has gone way down

Friendly, efficient and hard working employees when we visited. This was the freshest Dairy Queen I've ever had and I've been to many. Texas toast was perfect. Chicken tenders hot. Fries fresh.

Very bad. Took too long.3 women in there. It did not take 3 to do wat little they were doing. One that was suppose to be cooking stayed on register .My order was wrong.This is the one on Main Street. Not sure about the DQ on Broadway but hope they are faster. Sorry but I tell it like it is.

The girl in the drive thru Ashley was rude, practically threw my bag out the window to me asked for ketchup, was told there was some in the bag, tone was rude, I informed her I didn't see any in the bag handed me the ketchup, I said thank u and she never said anything back, juss slammed the window in my face, then when I called to complain she hung the phone up in my face, I have to work on Christmas Eve and Christmas day myself and not get to see my family, if she doesn't want to work on Christmas Eve then she should've took it off. She was very very rude, u don't cut someone of on the phone and hang up in their face, very unprofessional!!!!!

Had a hunger buster deal and I wouldn't feed it to a dead dog burger was disgusting...fries were like eating rocks and colder than ice...and to top it off the location I had to make sure my car was locked...do better and to top it all off it was $14 smh stick a fork in me because I'm done!!!

I won't make the mistake of going to this one anymore. I showed up 15 minutes and as I was giving my order was rudely told to hold on. Was absolutely treated like an inconvenience with food shoved in bags, crushed cups and thrown together food you could hardly eat. I also watched them turn customers away before close. When I worked at a restaurant if the owner found out you were turning customers away before close we'd have been fired. I'll go to the one 154 from now on.
