Fries were hard, some rock hard! Found something in our fries, still not sure what it was( sent pic). Food very tasteless, keeps this up it'll lose all its buisness!

Not a great experience! Usually everything is perfect! Assistant manager at drive thru was nice other girl was not! No ice in my drink when I ask for extra ice.

We often read the reviews BEFORE we go to a place, but hey, it's DQ, and we expected it to be like all the others. NOT. We ordered two blizzards , but they were more like milkshakes. It was really busy , so we gave them the benefit of the doubt but very disappointing. Next time we're going for a sonic milk shake. It will probably be more like a blizzard.

Tonight I ordered a hamburger combo (only one combo). The total was $34.61! I thought surely I misheard her.... It took SO LONG to even get to the window and when I did the brunette teen first asked if I ordered ice cream when I said no she left eventually coming back and telling me yes, my food was $34.61! I said that couldn't be correct a number one combo is $9.99 on the menu. Then she said "your had the burger no onions or pickles" I told her yes, and she just looked at me like I was an idiot. She kept closing the window and not explaining anything happening. When she finally opened the window back I told her I don't want to eat here anymore if a single burger at DQ costs $34... And left... It would have been fine if she apologized for the wait and the calculation mix up but she was so rude about it...

Whoever the girl was working yalls window on the 22nd really has a stank ass attitude. Wasn’t smiling. Kind of giving us a glare that we were even here? Like I understand you’re working fast food. But girl there’s no need to treat others like that if you don’t like your job just leave? She also didn’t give us our receipt. Honestly one of the worst times I’ve ever been at Dairy Queen.

Terrible customer service in the drive thru. My order was wrong, wasn’t a big deal, got overcharged and let them know, still wasn’t a big deal. But they sent a young girl to give me my correct order to the window that was being extremely sarcastic repeating my correct order and to have a nice day. I get if I was being a Karen, but I wasn’t. Mistakes happen. The person that sent me to get that for them later informed me the food was poor and you can tell they were being hateful by the quality they gave back to us.

The last time my wife and I were there their electronic menu board was still broken and had been for several month's. They don't train their employees aren't very well trained. We like the Mocha Mulotta, no one knew how to make it. We ordered a chocolate milk shake and what we got looked like dirty milk. The food was ok but the service is lousey. We won't be going back.
