The customer service is spot on. A gentleman noticed that my son wasn't drinking much of his drink, and took it to "doctor it" a bit so my son would drink it. Then he checked to make sure that he really liked it. 10/10 will be coming back solely for that. Besides that, even when they were busy on Grand Opening day, the lovelies at the counter were still working hard to get everyone's drinks as quickly as possible. The Mermaid Cascade with strawberry and red bull is an absolute delight! 😊
The service is EXCELLENT! I’m a sucker for their strawberry summer smoothie! Definitely recommend!
Good coffee good atmosphere nice place to sit down relax and read a book
My go-to morning coffee stop! Coffee tastes the same every time! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Everyone here is always so kind and you’re greeted with a smile. My kids absolutely love getting a whip cream cup topped with sprinkles:) It’s easy to feel at home here.
We loved the owners, the team, the homemade pastries and the coffee!!
Everyone there are very very nice and respectful and its just a very relaxing place to just go and chill. I would recommend going here for quiet time and just a refresher anyway.
Veteran and family owned and operated independent coffee house and boutique. The coffee is so good you realize how much Starbucks really does suck. Staff is friendly and helpful. I buy the whole bean coffee and they grind it for free to my specifications. Lots of unique gift and home items, some by local artists.
Batista was super friendly, the coffee was good and the shop was nifty. Stopped by in the middle of a long road trip and it was a pleasant pit stop.
Deep Routes is exactly what you want and appreciate in a local coffee shop- tasty coffee, friendly staff, and unique ambiance. I ordered a hot latte and my wife ordered an iced latte, and we both enjoyed our drinks quite a bit. Not too strong, not too weak, and reasonably priced.
The fellow who made our drinks served them to us while we were hanging out in the board game and children's book area, which is adjacent to a local artisan marketplace. Yep, eclectic, and wonderful. Bonus points for a very clean bathroom with a changing table and stool for toddlers to use the sink.
We took our coffees to go, but the next time, I hope to take my time and hang out a bit in this fun shop. In you're in or around Sulphur Springs, it is worth the detour!
