The Sulphur Springs Dutch Bros is basically a daily stop, the service and the drinks are absolutely 10/10 every time! The employees are so kind and welcoming! 15/10 I recommend it is the best spot around!!

I love, love, love this Dutch Bro’s!!! We go daily! We know a lot of the staff by name. They know I and my husband by name. They are extremely friendly. They know both of our drinks when we drive into the drive through or walk up to the window, unless we switch it up for the day. There are days when I am having a rough day and just going through the line Tyra, Jayden, Natalie, Dani, or one of the many other staff we love, their friendly face, hello, smile or excitement to see us, their notes on our coffee cups make our day! This makes your establishment not only have the best coffee but has “all the feels” of the small town in our big city! We love our Dutch Bros!!!
I have read the reviews, yes there are times a newer worker has mess up my drink, maybe even an older worker in a years time. I take it back to the window. All the workers are super chill, they are so sorry they made the mistake. They fix it immediately and will make you a new one. I say this after being regularly for over a year. You have to give people grace everyone makes mistakes. I used to go to another big box coffee chain. They never made anything right without giving me all kinds of hell. They were never chill and extremely uptight, like their jobs were always on the line. Here they just tell me how sorry they are and to fix it, it is “The Dutch Bros Way”.
I love this place!!! They will continue to get my business! If you haven’t tried their coffee (my favorite-ask the older staff to make you the extra hot golden eagle with a cinnamon shot, caramel around the cup, whipped cream on top, a little more caramel drizzle on top of the coffee and a dash of cinnamon…only if you love cinnamon) and other beverages they are amazing! I suggest you give it a try, it is a whole experience!

I asked for a hot mocha Carmel coffee and I got coffee on ice. But I have to say even though I wanted hot coffee the ice was not bad.

I love the coffee but the service is hit and miss I have to bail from the line a lot due to the long wait. Starbucks keeps the line moving.

From Oregon and kinda disappointed of this dutch bros. Took 20 mins to get 2 drink with only 5 cars in front of me. Once at the window the workers didn't even talk to me (not normal for Dutch bros). Giving it a 3 in hopes it gets better.

I drink Dutch Bros all over the Texas. Very consistent. Golden eagle with extra espresso shot is the same at every location and I appreciate that!! Much love and respect Dutch Bros!!! Way better than that other spot.
