This place is amazing! I wasn’t even hungry, but when I saw 4.9/5 with 149 ratings, I had to stop! I had a chopped beef sandwich and the pit master suggested jalapeño cheddar sausage on top. Perfectly grilled and not a speck of fat or gristle. Awesome tangy sweet sauce! Had the potato salad which was ok. VERY highly recommend!

Pulled pork was not good. Nachos were something you would get at a high school football game. Chopped beef sandwich was solid. The guy at the window was very nice and the prices were good.

I ordered a brisket sandwich. The meat was very dry with no moisture at all. I took 2 bites and had to hurry home to get some water before I choked. $10 for the sandwich that wasn't edible. I will not be going again. Waste of money.

Meat portions on the BBQ brisket sandwiches were good. The sandwich just needed more sauce. The meat was a tad dry, but overall good flavor.
Delicious food! Generous meat servings and a wonderful flavor! Best potato salad and baked beans we have eaten. Friendly owner. We will remember Fireside BBQ next time we come to the area.
