Me and my family decided to dine in at this IHOP thinking that the service would be decent. We were handed a burnt Waffle and toast And cold hash browns The service was not great and the food was not good I would not recommend this place at all to anyone 👎

We visited IHOP in Sulpher Springs, Tx today. Our waiter was Braylon and he was awesome! He is such a super polite young man, and he made sure our drinks were always full. The food was great and came out quickly. We were a little skeptical because of past reviews, but you should definitely give them a chance. We will certainly be back!

Service is slow with a bad attitude, and food is served cold. Toast came out too cold to butter, we sent it back where it was then microwaved. We sent that back, then it came out burnt. Waitress and manager had a no care attitude.

To start with, our host had a bit of an attitude while seating people. Then it took about 10 min just to get our drink order, and then another 10 just waiting for our drinks. Our server was an older lady, she had a hard time hearing our order, we practically had to yell. The to top it all off, 3 tables that came in after us had got their food first, but then when we finally did get the food, it was not very appealing, my hash brown was black and had the consistency of a burnt potato chip. When I asked for a replacement hash brown, it was never brought out. Definitely upset that we chose to eat here this morning, definitely could’ve got more bang for my buck going somewhere else. Overall the ultimate 1 star experience!!!! Will not be going back🤷🏻♂️

Dirty tables, dirty floors, hostess not cleaning tables off. Bus boy slinging dishes together. Hostess sitting at table visiting with her family. Three employees visiting, cursing, and smoking in the parking lot. No clean silverware.
Was a fast and perfect meal loved it. I will definitely be back for sure. Thanks also to my waitress for all of .t confusion gave her but she was amazing and very friendly

Bad service and food.... I ordered a avocado burger.The top and botton and the bottom bun was hard they charged me full price for the whole thing .I didn't even eat a quarter of it... Me and my family will never eat there again!
