Hostess sat us at a dirty table without effort or care to wipe off all the syrup. Took a long time to be waited on. Waitress was good given the volume. Food was not good. Overcooked crumbly waffles and chicken. They only have Pepsi products. Dish busser LITERALLY threw dishes into bin and it was SO loud. Do not waste your time or money.

Every time we come to this IHOP it’s the same issue, and it’s getting old. Under staffed and the customer service is pathetic. They open all takes when they can’t take care of everyone. My wife and I were seated and in 15-20 minutes we were told be with you soon. We left before our drink order was taken.

They had me wait 20 min then. As I see about 15 people leaving some left due to the wait and most had finished eating. Waitress come back out and say that there are slammed and can't set us for another hour. I spoke out and I usually don't, people just v left and I see tables open. Then she say the cooks are slammed and can't get anymore people. Rude just rude. Is this a racist town or was it really what was said. Ill never no.

I ordered the bacon temptation omelet with bacon, tomatoes, cheddar jack cheese, and cheese sauce. This omelet is so good I'm ordering another one to go. I added toast and pancakes and everything is cooked to perfection. The waitress is on point getting the entire order perfect checking on things but not being over whelming. Her attitude is so sweet and nice and considerate i don't remember the last time i had service like this and food this good without anything being wrong what so ever. I will most certainly return to this IHOP in the future.

Me and my family decided to dine in at this IHOP thinking that the service would be decent. We were handed a burnt Waffle and toast And cold hash browns The service was not great and the food was not good I would not recommend this place at all to anyone 👎

We visited IHOP in Sulpher Springs, Tx today. Our waiter was Braylon and he was awesome! He is such a super polite young man, and he made sure our drinks were always full. The food was great and came out quickly. We were a little skeptical because of past reviews, but you should definitely give them a chance. We will certainly be back!
