Got 2 Bacon Double Stack burgers. My son discovered hair in his before he took a bite. Mine seemed to be ok until I got down to a quarter of burger left then found a long dark hair in my burger.

The food was old, reheated, stale and terrible. Such a let down. I only ordered tacos, because, well, its their tacos. They were rubbery, cold and stale. Tossed them in the trash.

To the young, black male working this evening (28JUNE25), you seriously need to work on your attitude (emp JB)! I guess it's an extreme inconvenience for you to take a simple order! I was nice when placing my order, so you could have done the same! I know your shift leader was nearby and he/she needs to have a talk with you! If I have to wait over 8 minutes for a simple order, at least have some common courtesy! I wasn't even mad about the wait time (2 cars in front of me), but I won't tolerate attitude from someone who is still wet behind the ears! I swear this place has gone downhill over the years!

For fast food I like it better than any other fast food place. I picked up at drive thru , food was made as ordered and ready quick. No complaints. Staff was great .
They ran out of tacos. Imagine that… it’s a fair price in comparison with other fast food places. At the very least I can say jack in the box has never messed up my order. I can’t say that about any other restaurant.

They’re okay as long as you order something that goes in the fryer. If they have to assemble your food, prepare for something truly thrown together and thrown in bag and be ready to eat the insides out of the bottom of the bag. One time they put the sauce on my “wings” everywhere except for inside the container. This is supposed to be a fajita wrap…idk how anyone who eats food would prepare this and think it’s an acceptable item to sell. The girl at the window seemed like she was in literal hell.
