You get what you pay for here. The pizza is solid but honestly it can be hit or miss. The supreme is good and I really like the new thin crust. You can't beat it for the price but don't think they will have pepperoni and cheese hot and ready as advertised. We typically have to wait even for a regular cheese or pepperoni.

They’re always so great and friendly with their customers, I get their pizzas every day for work and I couldn’t ask for better service. Their wait time is very short if I ever have to wait and they are always polite to everyone apologizing for their wait time when they are busy with large orders. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to get great pizza at a reasonable price

It was so awesome to come into the LC in Sulphur Springs, TX shortly before closing yesterday and get to buy out what was left in the warming ovens! I got two orders of regular crazy bread & three orders of stuffed crazy bread! As well as an order of Garlic Cheese Bread, four containers of marinara sauce, four dipping cups & an M&M cookie/brownie dessert. THANK YALL so much for going above and beyond and for providing me with all of the LC carbs I love! ? #crazybreadforlife #littlecaesars

They were friendly, and although I waited 7 mins for my pizza it was worth the wait. Highly recommend!
I always enjoy coming here. They're very quick to take my order, and even if there's a wait it's not that long. The food is good and supremely well priced for the amount you get; a full family meal with sides and drink is the price you get at *other* pizza chains for just the pizza. The delivery is always quick and accurate as well. The staff is kind and friendly, they remember us well. There's a hand sanitizing station up front as well, which is very helpful. There's not a huge amount of space in the front, though. It could fit maybe four people standing and two sitting, so it's probably easier to order before you get there and pick it up. But, again, the wait isn't so long that coexisting with other people for a while is a pain or anything.Kid-friendliness: My four year old loves the food here, despite her usual pickiness.

The manager running this place runs it on point and it shows. For a small town outlet in this chain, it's been the absolute best in food quality. You can't get it this good in the city. I use the pizza portal and order in the app. If you just want to grab pizza and like to keep your head down and get in and out, I can't recommend this enough.

Walked into Little Caesars to place my order on Friday night and received the most disappointing customer service in Sulphur Springs pizza history.The lady that was working was so hateful towards everyone that walked through the door. I was still waiting for someone to take my order. The lady walked up to the front counter and looked at everyone and said out loud you’re going to wait because I need a cigarette break. Well that made me definitely change my mind about pizza. I left and most people that walked in after me left Little Caesar’s in Sulphur Springs. I know times are tough, take pride in what you do and you will be rewarded in future.
