I normally don’t bother to write down reviews, but the sheer incompetency of this place has finally made me do so. I genuinely don’t know how you screw up a simple order like this, but until people start getting fired for not being capable of doing their job properly, I will not be ordering from here again. Even toddlers can paint by numbers. Absolutely ridiculous!

Talked to a store manager about passing out flyers for the spring carnival fundraiser for the Drill Team. She told us to bring them in and she will get them passed out.
My wife went to bring them in today and whatever manager is on duty refused to take them and wouldn’t even come out to talk to my wife just kept sending the cashier back to deliver messages. We spent money on extra flyers under the impression they would be handing them out.

Went through the drive-through made my order double quarter pounder, no onions no pickles large fry large Diet Coke single quarter pounder with bacon, no onions, no pickles, Diet Coke and a 20 piece chicken nuggets when I got to the window and the woman took my money. I asked her could you please make sure my order was right she looked at me like I had asked her to give me $1 million and was inconveniencing her and was really a problem person. She did not check to make sure my order was right then I got to the second window got my order. It was missing my double quarter pounder there was no bacon on my single quarter pounder. I had to get back in line go back around again. This happens to me too many times then Joshua came to the window and fixed everything with one single move and a smile, thank you Joshua for making sure my McDonald’s came with a smile when no one else cared

Ever since they rebuilt this McDonald's the food hasn't been as good. Here's a picture of my medium frappe, when I asked where the rest of it was she replied the machine automatically does it. It wasn't blended well with big chunks. The food was cool and the fries were limp. So disappointed, they used to have the freshest food piping hot.

Raw. Waited 10 mins in the drive thru for a mobile order, just to get a cold, RAW chicken biscuit. I’m not one to usually go out of my way to write reviews but I bit straight into it and spat that out so fast. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food tasted terrible, was cold, didn’t have half of what we needed, forgot to put extra cheese when I asked for extra cheese on my filet o fish and was absolutely unhelpful when it came to service. 👍🏼 0/even 5 when it comes to anything.. figured with it being rebuilt that the company would’ve been at least a little better.

A smart ass employee just came out to me while I was in line (before it it splits) and said very rude for me to pick a line it's 2 lines and walked back into the side door. Please watch the cameras and see this crap. Very freaking rude! If I hadn't already paid through the app I would've just picked the exit line! Be nicer to your customers! It happened at around 2:10pm on Sunday 3/23. Extremely unexceptionable. After going through the line I believe she was the manager on duty. If she treats her customers that way I'm sure you'll have a bunch of employees quit. She needs to be in the back washing dishes as far away from your customers as possible.

Food quality is fine, but the inability to get an order correct three times in a row is ridiculous. Don't expect to get what you actually ordered.
