Food was fine, but I didn’t get my drink until we were about to leave. Since I asked for water I wasn’t too worried about it. Then I found out this morning that they decided to give themselves a $10 tip on my credit card. Probably won’t eat there again.

I WOULD NOT go here again! Horrible service. Waited 45 minutes for our pizza's 15 minutes of those minutes I was in lobby and asked for my order 2x. The 3rd time the lady finally walked over by the window and pulled my order out of a bag that had been there the entire time I stood asking for my order.I paid 80 dollars for pizza and they still wanted to charge us for cheese and peppers for the pizza. Save your money while visiting Sulphur Springs and eat else where.

Never knew Pizza Hut had a buffet option. None of the ones where I was from even had a dine-in option either. Food was great. Good selection of pizza. The Alfredo pasta was delicious as always.

The manager that works there Ann is horrible. She told me that my toddler grandson couldn't sit at the end of the table in a high chair and they wouldn't server us.They sat us there KNOWING we needed a high chair.
