Had the Poor Boy combo with two fluffy pancakes and the wife had the omelet. Great breakfast. Love the shredded hash browns, patty sausage and those big fluffy pancakes. Omelet came with toast a gravy (they ran out of biscuits as they are popular). Lucky we came at right time and found an open table. Cafe filled up while we were waiting on the food. Great service as usual. Customers lean toward the older side of the scale and appear to be mostly local repeat customers. Love the food, prices, service and atmosphere.

Never had a bad meal here. Daily specials and a full menu. Staff are friendly as well. The cash only policy is more difficult these days, but if you've got some in your pocket, give some to these folks.

My daughter and I enjoy coming out to red barn. It is a short walk from the airport FBO. Only downside is cash only, so have to remember to hit the ATM before coming.

Why is the Red Barn still open. Its as bad as the Metro Diner. I paid over $15 for a breakfast chicken fried steak that was cut in half, one egg and a 1/4 of a small potato for hashbrowns. Weighed litterally 3 ounce in total Wont be back.
