This place really surprised me in a good way. Pasta and sauce tasted like either a professional or someone who cares. There was way too much prosciutto and the twisted bread was stale or burnt. My wife got the crab cake which to no surprise was not grab but she said the seasoning was superb. We will definitely go back again!!! If I could do a 4.5 I would.
I was visiting Sulphur Springs and tried Roma's Italian Restaurant .I tried the Chicken Picata and it was so bitter with lemon juice I could not eat it.I let the waitress know and she asked if I wanted something else and I declined trying anything else . My family had pretty much finished eating so I really didn't want to wait for something to be cooked.When I got the bill they still charged me for my meal even though I didn't eat it due to the poor preparation .I can not reccommend eating at Roma's due to the sub par food and over inflated pricing.Even though our waitress Halee apologized for the uneatable meal no manager got involved .So if you choose to eat at Roma's do so at your own risk.

Traveling West, I found myself wanting lasagna. Chain restaurants have let me down repeatedly.This spot is a solid 4 for several reasons.The bread was okay, unevenly salted/seasoned with a sauce that should be served hot or at least warmer.My lasagna turned out okay as well. The texture was nice. The pasta was done well, the meat sauce and meat balls were just okay, (they lack a touch of Italian zest) and I truly enjoy a thicker lasagna. Oddly, the same can be said for the other dishes. Okay, however, they needed more with the sauce to leave you satisfied.The atmosphere was okay. They need a little update and take down the Christmas lights.The service was good. My waiter did a good job providing the attention needed and drinks topped off.The price ended up at $94 with a nice tip.The price for the food was good, the $4 for the drinks (soda and tea) is questionable.It is a nice spot to stop at if you are in the mood for Italian.Cheers

Love going out to a good dinner there. We always get great food and great service. The atmosphere has always been great but tonight was the first time a musician was playing and it was rather loud. The only complaint I have at all from all my visits there are the loud music this night but I still love it there and will still return another day

Look, the fact is we love Roma’s. The food is delicious. Last time we came in we did have an overcooked steak but it was remedied quickly. But the problem is we wanted to come in on a Friday night after a basketball game. We arrived at 10:24 pm and were told it was closed. The sign was lit and the info online says they open until 11:00! If you need to close at 10:00, you should change your signs and information…very disappointed in the service level!!
