Not even a little impressed… If you enjoy this place, you must have a lot of money and your tastebuds must be completely broken. Please don’t go here. This place was absolutely awful, Overpriced, fake garbage. I urge you not to waste your time, money, or tastebuds on this trash. Everything my family and I ate tasted Off or nasty in some way or was just so bland with no flavor at all. Kinda reminded me of buying food from the frozen section at the grocery store that I paid wayyy too much money for. The service was kinda decent though.
The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. You'd think you're in a big city restaurant. Large selection of sushi, rolls, and appetizers.
Excellent bento box meal with tender chicken and a wide variety of items. Sushi was very good, and the rolls were larger than normal. Service was polite, fast and we'll definitely go back!
Small town sushi can be hit or miss. Sakura is not a miss. Consistently good food and cold beer. The Heaven roll and the Phoenix roll with some fries rice and edamame is the fo to dinner for us
I called to place an order and repeatedly said what I wanted, which was fried rice with chicken and shrimp and one with the combination meats; beef, chicken and shrimp. The woman said she couldn't add the beef to one of the them even though we ordered inside the restaurant before. So be ause of the language barrier, I just gave up and said two chicken and shrimp. Then when I get it home I have three orders and the rice has no shrimp in it. I call to tell her what happened because the prices aren't cheap here, but more over out of principle. The lady argued with me and looked up camera footage apparently and told me I ordered what she said, when I know exactly what I ordered. After blatant rudeness and the inability to admit they made an error, she ask what I wanted.
I told her I want my order to be right the next time I order and no charge for the shrimp I had already paid for but didnt get. She said I ordered 3 instead of two, which I paid for...definitely not a free one, because she got the whole order jacked up! And STILL she CONTINUED to go on and on that I ordered what I got. I told her it wasnt worth all this arguing and told her to forget it.
I wanted nothing from her.
I wanted what I ordered and paid for. THATS NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK, so because of her attitude of the phone when I ordered and called to tell her the order was wrong all the way around, I won't go back.
It's certainly not worth the hassell and not worth the $45 for three containers of simple rice and chicken. A business should be admit when a mistake is made. Ironically this is the first place I've called about a bad order in probably 20 yrs. The whole experience was just nuts. I usually order from the husband and have never had an issue. First time with her and it's a mess...but I got it wrong. Okay, sure.
Very nice place to grab a bite. They have excellent rolls and the hibachi plates are wonderfull. I always start with a fried avocado if you like crab and avocado it is a must.

Last night I had smoked salmon sushi with miso soup and boiled shrimp w corn and potatoes. Was up at 330 am vomiting and diarrhea it's now after 130 pm and have only been able to get down small piece of bread and half bottle of water.
Excruciating stabbing stomach pain is just now easing up.

Terrible experience. Our server wasn’t attentive at all, she came to our table about 3 times. started off with her taking away my friend miso soup while she was eating it. Then we got our food and my friend’s chicken was just awful, tasted old and felt like plastic. My fried rice was fine, but her’s was dry. The avocado in her sushi was brown and the salmon that was supposed to be cooked was raw. We then waited for our server to come back to the table to ask for management and for to-go boxes, but instead she was on her phone at the bar. When she finally came over I asked for a manager and she said she didn’t have one, when I asked again she brought over another woman. We explained our issues and her excuse to the chicken and rice being dry was that it’s “made fast” which is a horrible excuse. Overall very bad and wouldn’t recommend.

This restaurant offered a decent selection of Japanese food including sushi (including traditional and fried), teriyaki (chicken, beef, seafood based) as well as seafood boil menu items to choose from. Portions served was decent in quantity for seafood boil and teriyaki items that we ordered. Quality of the food and service was satisfactory. Atmosphere was a little bit lacking. Food was well seasoned and presented.
