Bought a frozen coffee. After I paid, she said they were out of straws but that I could buy one for $1. When I laughed, she said I could go somewhere else to get a straw. Dear business: If you run out of free straws, you sacrifice the $1.
The Sulphur Springs Starbucks is the WORST one Ive ever been to. We didnt wear masks in because of the state wide order and as soon as we walked in someone rudely yelled at us "YOU NEED A FACE COVERING!" No, Welcome to Starbucks,or would you please wear a face covering? We went and got masks and came back then our drinks were poorly made and one was made wrong.When asked to fix it, we recieved an attitude. They tasted watered down and not like we normally get them.
