I left this on yelp but felt it belonged here too.I was in the store for a total of 10 minutes, and was yelled at by a worker named Nicole. I ordered a caramel macchiato iced the sticker said iced and they gave it to me it hot. When l asked her to make it correctly she just started arguing with me. Like it didn't make any sense I just wanted my drink. another worker came up and dealt with it but she immediately started yelling at another worker. I made sure to get her name because that whole situation was absolutely crazy.

The company is way too liberal. The servers should be allowed to have nose rings, eyebrow rings or hair color that is unnatural. It is extremely unprofessional and makes customers feel uncomfortable.

Until recently it was always consistent, prices have gone up quite a bit, however I still visit regularly. I have been a regular customer since it opened and have only been unhappy recently with one employee that seems to mix up order details so if you order multiple drinks, you get part of each drink. She gets very defensive if you say anything about the drink being incorrect. I'm sure she is just new and it will improve. Before that I have always had great service and excellent drinks no matter what I order. The manager is very friendly and has excellent customer service skills, she is very dedicated to making sure the customer is happy. I submitted my mobile order reversing my order so the hot drink was ordered cold and the cold drink was ordered hot, when I said something to the employee, she showed me the sticker and it was my fault completely. I apologized to her, and I went to reorder the drinks because I had made the mistake. The manager refused to let me pay for them even after I told her it was my fault and I showed her the order on my phone and verified it was made correctly by the employee. She had no obligation to replace the drinks, to me was above and beyond.

I didn’t get creamer in my americano but I’m not sure if my husband asked for it or not. When I went inside (after drive through) it looked clean and a lady was wiping counters. I didn’t see a coffee station where you can put your own creamer, cinnamon, honey, etc. so I had to go ask behind the bar. They were nice and gave me a little cup with plenty of creamer. Oh, if you’re a tea drinker but really like coffee, get the London fog with an espresso shot!
You know I really like this Starbucks, they’ve never messed up my order butttt the girls working the drive through really need to keep their eyes on their work and not the men. There’s a difference between being nice when working in the service industry and then looking men up and down when their significant other is in the passenger seat. Let’s be a little more professional..

Best location ever! Stopped in on the way home from a trip, and was blown away by service. Couldn’t decide what I wanted and mentioned I wanted something chai, so she asked a few questions about what I liked and made me a custom chai with sugar cookie cold foam and oat milk and it is the most delicious drink I have ever had! Wish it was closer to home so I could come back more often! Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU! ??
