A week ago I gave them 5 * I've always loved subway and I've always gotten the same sandwich for years for years , the coupons make it even better BUT tonight was horrible 4 sandwiches and everyone of them were wrong so I called to complain was to exhausted didn't want to go back but unlike most restaurants they want to inconvenience you , make you waste more time and gas to go back and take them their mistakes. any other restaurant would take your name and make your next visit complimentary. The night manager was a hateful old women!

The footlong pretzel & churro were not good at all. They were out of the footlong cookie, which is what I went in for, so based on the quality of the others, I'm not too bummed I missed out on it. Also note, that no employee greeted/acknowledged me when I entered, and they did not have much desire for small talk; pretty awkward.

It was my first time here and it was literally the best! The staff was so nice and they were all friendly and making sure customers were taken care of. :) would definitely come back! They are always so busy (in a good way)

This location has no issue with speed of service. But sometimes there is rude employees who work the window. And the ones who are not rude have been there a while! The food quality it not what you expect. This occurs one out of two visits, we’re the good is either burned, over fried or cold. This specific visit was over fried nuggets, but not all of them?? This concerns me though I’d much rather burned over undercooked.
I was in this Subway and went to the bathroom. My family was in line holding my place as well. When I came out of the bathroom, I got in my place in line. Well this white female that was the one that was toasting the bread asked the young man that was behind me what he wanted, as if I wasn't standing there . She then proceeded to rub her nose, gross, then stated that she had to go to the bathroo because something was in her eye. How obvious could she have been!! Which she did not. It was totally obvious that this individual had some problem with serving me. She wasn't nice and she was rude. Roll your camera please. Due to the young man behind me being polite, I purchased his meal and gave him the left over change. Subway the food was okay but what I witnessed with this employee was very unacceptable. What else does she do to people of color when she doesn't want to serve them since we were the only ones that looked like us. I will be notifying the corporate office about how i was treated by this individual and the disrespectful nature that she displayed for no reason other than she's being allowed to.. other than I did not meet your standard of who she wanted to serve.

Best Subway on the planet! The owner truly cares about quality service and sandwiches!! When you drive through the drive-through and they open the window, the most delightful smells of fresh Subway sandwiches can nearly send you to heaven alone, and their sandwiches equal the nice aroma!

Let me start off by saying the employees were friendly and annoyed also by what I was disgusted with… the flies!!! They were everywhere. I saw 2 inside the bread warmer!!! I was so grossed out. One employee was batting them away from her face and several were flying around the drink station. Please have your manager of that store take care of this immediately! I work in healthcare and I will not be back there and I told coworkers.

This place is pretty average. But the parking and drive thru are horrible. There really isn't any parking and the drive thru is an obstacle course. The food and serves is what should be expected at any Subways.
