They made the best sandwich I have had in a very long time. The service was amazing as well.

This is by far the best subway I have ever eaten at. I don’t know what it is about the manager, but I prefer her to make my sandwich. It always seems to be made with love. She is generally kind to every customer that comes in super welcoming and is by far the best thing that has happened to Subway. I live in Yantis and used to go to the subway over there because it’s closer to my house but one trip to the subway and this is now my favorite shop I drive all the way to Sulphur Springs just to eat here and it’s mainly because of Amanda. She is a great person. Don’t listen to the bad reviews because they are 100% wrong.

Terrible service, the person in charge is rude, the bread is horrible. I should have more empathy with the client, and I mean the manager

The new manager is great! She has really turned this place around.

Unfortunately this subway has some awful owners. Ever since the young guy manager left, it’s gone completely down hill.

Wilted and brown lettuce, mealy tomatoes, spoiled red onions and stale bread to name a few of this things wrong with the food.

The staff, even though it seems none of the people working last more than a week, is incredibly rude.

Save yourself the hassle of this place, and go to Whataburger up the street.

My dad and I decided to go to subway to eat lunch while Walmart worked on our tires. We placed our order at 12:20pm and at 1:10 they started making my sandwich. The only bread option they had was wheat. The workers didn’t even look like they knew what they were doing. They looked clueless. The first couple of minutes I waited because of the lunch rush but don’t have a trainee working on a mobile order cause that took forever. Worst experience I’ve had at a subway. Won’t be coming back.

Lobby is dirty littered with flys. The staff seem clueless when it comes to making a sandwich. They closed my sandwich and then toasted it. Thankfully they didn’t know how to ring my order up correctly so it turned out to be cheap

Wasted my time in line. One worker was talking about personal matters while the other was arguing they didn’t want to hear it and the employee walked away while taking my order.

Was charged $2.75 for water, was told they had free water but was not told
was no sign. The sandwich was good. Was not asked if I wanted it toasted, I had to ask.

Busy talking to each other before waiting on us. Also they were out of a lot of products

I went in a few days ago and it seems like this place can’t keep employees. I’ve barely seen the same person multiple times and everyone looks like they have no life left in them. Every time I’ve gone in it’s a depressing atmosphere. I’d assume it would be terrible management, that’s why I’ve decided to go elsewhere.

If you don't like your job, quit. The two employees were in the back, I rang the bell once. The older lady came out with a scowl on her face, went straight to the sink and washed her hands, put on the gloves, opened the lid, all with never greeting or acknowledging me. Then she says, "what can I get for you?" The guy comes out right behind her and he never greets me either. I ask about the sliders, wondering if it came on the same type of bread and they just stare at me. The guy talked so low I had to ask him a couple of times what he said. Good customer service is few and far between these days. I miss those days. The food was good though.

This Subway has been going down hill. Today I believe was the worst yet. Hard bread, slimy tomatos and wilted lettuce. Sad to say I won't be back. Glad there is 2 in town.
